Golden aspect with greenish reflections, very well integrated carbonic with fine and persistent bubbles of slow evolution and good rosary formation. Aromas of apple with notes of caramel, fresh grass and a touch of menthol balsams.

Food pairing: A cava to enjoy at any time. Ideal for appetizers, fish, seafood cream, white meat, goat cheese and desserts. Serve between 6 - 7ºC


One of the coldest winters in the past years in Penedès. In January there was a frost and even some snow, that caused very drastic temperature falls throughout the region. This contributed to the humidity and great thermal contrasts that favored the plant. From May until the harvest, there were warm temperatures and heat waves typical of the season. The harvest was scarce but with excellent quality. The grapes were well-ripened and with good balanced acidity. During the agricultural year (October 2014 to September 2015) the rainfall was 375L / m2 with an average temperature of 15.5ºC. 

Made exclusively from organic vineyards, vins between 30 and 40 years old with argillic-loam soils which are distributed throughout Penedés. We rely on monitoring of all vines and the preventive treatment of our land, leaving vegetable coverings to maintain humidity and sponginess of the soil, thus establishing a natural competence of the vine. We believe in sustainability, agriculture that respects the environment, treatment without applying chemical pesticides or herbicides. We perform routine checks, testing, and ripening controls before the harvest. All grapes are handpicked at the optimal time.

Entered by gravity in the cellar, with low pressures we extract the must to ensure excellent raw material. Defrosted statically at low temperatures. The fermentation is taken place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC and inoculating a selected autochthonous yeast.

Each grape variety is vinified separately after harvesting. Differentiating in groups of plots according to their geographical location.

Clarification with bentonite makes it suitable for vegans.

Based on the traditional method, the second fermentation is taken place in the bottle. Our cava Brut Reserva 2015 is aged 36 months.

The date written on the back label indicates the end of the aging and guarantees that the wine is ideal for consumption.
